Before you write
It helps to know…
- Rough dates. Even "sometime in Term 2" is enough to start.
- Group size and ages. We sleep up to 98, from Year 3 kids to grandparents.
- Catered or self-catered. Both are fine — we just plan differently.
- What you hope camp achieves. Curriculum goals, faith program, or pure fun — all legitimate.
- Any access or dietary needs. So we can say yes properly, not approximately.
