Terms & Conditions
- All weekend campers must pay for a minimum two nights
- Deposit will be $330 per night booked
- A minimum camp fee of $660 per night booked applies
- A day visitor is someone who is on site 4 hrs or more during any day
- For camp bookings cancelled more than 6 months prior to the planned commencement of the camp, the paid deposit less $60 per night booked cancellation fee will be refunded.
For camp bookings cancelled between 2 and 6 months prior to the planned commencement of the camp, the full deposit of $330 per night booked is forfeited as a cancellation fee.
For camp bookings cancelled within 2 months prior to the commencement of the camp, the full deposit of $330 per night booked is forfeit and a further $330 per night booked is charged as a late cancellation fee.

- Deposits are not refundable or transferable to other persons
- Deposit is equivalent to the minimum fee payable per dorm/week

- Deposit is $220 per day booked.
- All day visitors must arrive no earlier than 8am
and vacate the premises by 4pm (NSW time), anybody staying longer will be charged an overnight rate - All areas used must be left clean and tidy with chairs and tables stacked away
